CCA is pleased to be supporting a global financial services organisation in the expansion of their Training / L&D department.

The organisation, one of the largest and most successful in their sector, is currently seeking a Technical Training Advisor - Pensions to focus on the training of all aspects of the pensions sector to internal staff members. In this challenging yet rewarding position you will be responsible for the following:

* Designing and delivering Pensions focused learning & development initiatives, making sure all staff are trained to the required standards in soft skills and customer service skills
* To develop and deliver technical pensions training for the long term improvement of staff skills so that they can fulfill their potential and the business can meet its goals and challenges.
* To assist with the development and design of new pensions training programmes, modify and improve existing programmes
* To maintain knowledge of developments in training and apply appropriately
* To ensure that all staff members have the knowledge, skills and motivation to carry out their roles
* Deliver pensions focused training sessions to colleagues across various profit centres gaining measurable, positive feedback
* Creating and deploying effective learning & development programmes for customer service
* Deliver training and consultation, including coaching to line managers, to enable them to develop their team's customer service skills and pensions technical knowledge

To be considered for the position of Technical Training Advisor - Pensions you will ideally possess the following:

* Pensions or strong Financial Services background
* A good understanding of the technical, systems and process requirements to support the business
* Able to manage uncertainty and respond positively to change
* Interpersonal communication skills - Strong ability to transfer knowledge clearly to others
* Ability to travel - Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK including overnight stays
* Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Flexibility - To train on many different types of tasks and respond quickly to changing business priorities
* Practical hands-on style and approach
* Excellent presentation and communication skills - Enjoys engaging with people
* Time Management - Planning and Organising
* Works well under pressure - Maintaining emotional control under stress
* Has experience of training needs analysis and training design
* Commercial awareness

In return my client is offering a salary of up to GBP31k plus benefits in modern, central Manchester offices.
