New Business Executive - Financial Services

Huntress are currently recruiting for a prestigious client of ours based in Epsom. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen on building a career within Financial Services and possesses excellent customer service experience within an office based environment.

Responsibilities Include:

* Being the first point of contact for all existing and prospective customers in relation to products our client has to offer
* Deal with telephone callers responses promptly, accurately and efficiently to enquires from existing and prospective customers
* Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all products and services offered
* Confidently discussing and promoting the companies products
* Issuing documentation and application forms for saving accounts, mortgages and additional loans
* Building strong working with relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Following up on enquiries with a view to converting these into applications or leads

Skills Required:

* Minimum of 5 GCSE's, with C's and above in Maths & English
* 1 years experience within a financial services call centre would be ideal
* Proven telephone sales track record would be preferred but but essential
* Customer focused and a great communicator with the ability to build rapport
* A desire to pursue a career within Financial Services and work for a company which offer excellent progression routes
