A fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential care home manager has arisen to manage a New Build multi-million pounds luxury, private care home with a market leading healthcare provider.
The care home provides a first class care service for the elderly residential dementia care residents. The home is classed as medium in size and boasts all modern amenities and care facilities etc.
As the manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the home ensuring that care practices and standards are being met, you will be responsible for staff management, recruitment on-going training and support, liaising with relative's families and outside professionals including GP's, CQC and local authorities, following up referrals and managing budgets etc.
Previous care management experience is essential and candidates looking to apply for this vacancy should have very a good understanding of the elderly care environment and the policies and procedures that are set within the group, CQC and local services.
