Job Scope:

Based at our clients premises at Kingston Hospital, NHS Trust, you will report into the Contract Manager. Within this role you will be responsible for building relationships with our client on site ensuring staffing requirements are met, also generating candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.

Basic salary GBP20K plus bonus of GBP350 per month based on meeting KPI's/Targets.

Responsibilities in this role include:
•Source and record vacancy information including details such as duties, working conditions, hours, pay rates and any relevant experience
•Achieve agreed KPIs for recruitment of new associate
•Manage client's needs
•Meet clients
•Ensure compliance & quality control documentation (eg DBS checks, reference checks) have been completed prior to assignment to clients
•Pre-screen all candidates
•Arranging candidate interview schedule and confirming interviews.
•Interviewing candidates and ensuring accurate notes are taken
•Advise candidates of the success or failure of their application
•Ensuring candidates are recruited within 'time-to-hire' target
•Canvass for new candidates
•Establish & maintain candidate files - ensuring required checks are in place at all times
•Maintain ongoing relationship with candidates, whether available to work or not
•Responsibility for ensuring team fulfils compliancy demands
•Ensure all checks are carried out in line with Company standards
•Responsibility for answering incoming calls efficiently - presenting a professional and businesslike manner at all times
•Resolve complaints/problems quickly & accurately
•Ensure all advertisement responses are actioned on the date of receipt
•Advertising on appropriate and relevant job boards

About You:

Candidates for this role should enjoy and excel in building relationships with associates and your client, be an excellent communicator and genuinely enjoy talking with people.

Determined and self-motivated applicants are a must, with previous experience in a target driven/sales or customer service environment and a genuine will to succeed being ideal for this position! Exposure to the NHS or wider healthcare sector, is a desirable but not essential.
