Location: Covering West Midlands / East Midlands / Warwickshire and surrounding areas - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 (Dependent upon Experience)

KM are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Internal Verifier / IQA of Management, Customer Service, Team Leading and Business Admin Apprenticeships covering West Midlands / East Midlands / Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

The Role

- Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Apprenticeships in Management, Customer Service, Team Leading and Business Administration.
- Develop, update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
- Coach, observe and develop field based assessors to meet the requirements of their role.
- Manage caseload allocations for Assessors, monitoring achievement rates and supporting Assessors with out-of-funding learners.
- Drive and promote continuous quality improvement.
- Provide support and carry out observations to ensure an outstanding level of assessment, teaching and learning is achieved.
- Conduct regular standardisation meetings.
- Produce reports for senior management based on Assessor performance, gradings and learner progression, against agreed learning plans.
- Assist in the planning and running of external quality assurance and compliance visits.
- Ability to write reports and maintain records using information systems.

Essential Criteria

- Hold a recognised Internal Verifier award (D34, V1, IQA).
- Hold a Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
- Proven experience as an IQA for Management, Customer Service, Team Leading and Business Administration Apprenticeships.
- Experience of coaching and developing remote assessors.
- Excellent knowledge of SFA funding compliance.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
