Your new role
Your new role will be to join a Business Development team who cover the West Midlands and South West including Leicestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and Staffordshire. You will be responsible for developing existing relationships with clients to advise, support and guide existing customers on our products and services with a view to increasing sales. You'll be required to visit customers (further education colleges, private training providers and schools) on a daily basis. You'll develop effective working relationships with new and existing clients and will aim to do whatever you can to make their lives easier. It'll be your responsibility to organise and manage your own activities to reflect regional operational objectives and you'll be expected to contribute to national team meetings to review targets and plan team activities.

What you'll need to succeed
With a strong sales and customer focus, you'll have previously developed and maintained key account relationships and will be keen to provide support and advice wherever you can. Confidence and personality are important and you must be target driven with the desire to create opportunities and maximise sales growth. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is also essential.
