GBP35,000 + Car

To deliver exceptional service levels through the supply of print (and design) related products to allocated customer accounts. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship with customers delivering quality print related products and services within the required timeframes. You will be tasked with servicing, developing and organic growth in sales revenue & margin through existing customer accounts. This will be performed through proactive client interaction, site visits, review meetings and general day to day contact including enquiries and quotations. This role is road based visiting client offices to maintain and develop sales through existing accounts supported by the Account Directors and their Account Manager teams. This is very much a client facing development role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

?? Develop and progress the allocated customer accounts to achieve targets set through close customer interaction on a day to day basis.
?? Visit customer premises to promote services to existing and new potential contacts within the client's offices.
?? Build relationships to generate loyalty and increased sales opportunities to achieve organic margin growth in client accounts.
?? Work with your internal supporting account team to deliver the SLA's and KPI's required for the allocated customer accounts
?? Provide all the monthly reports required for the allocated monthly accounts
?? Work with your supporting internal account team to deliver a service that is second to none.
?? Maximise the margin generated for the business to achieve targets set
?? Support the account management team as required
?? Attend and present at monthly sales meetings to be held at head office
?? Use the company's systems to maximise efficiencies
?? Support the New Business Team with the implementation and ongoing account management of new client and/or contract wins

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

?? Good inter-personal relationships skills
?? Good people management skills
?? Experience in developing and growing organically in existing accounts
?? Self-motivated and trustworthy
?? Must show the ability to work unsupervised at times
?? Good administration and organisational skills
?? Good presentation skills
?? Excellent time management to maximise client facing time and opportunities
?? Good at appointment setting and follow up on meetings and actions

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

?? Proven knowledge of the print industry
?? Previous client facing sales experience.
