ITN Mark Education is recruiting for an Maths Teacher for a secondary school on the border of Wiltshire and Berkshire.

You could be a PGCE student looking to get ahead of the game, find a job and then concentrate on making the best of your training year, or you might be a bit more experienced and looking for a change of department next academic year. The school is not too worried about how experienced you are; the governors and headteacher are much more concerned with your attitude to teaching and learning, and making a difference for the students in your classroom.

If you're an NQT, the school is willing to take you on as soon as you've qualified in order to start your teaching career sooner, and (possibly more importantly) pay you over the summer holidays.

The school is smaller than average, and the SLT say that the family feel amongst staff and students make it a nice place to work and feel part of a team. The school has recently academised, and is working with the Multi Academy Trust to gain support for improving on the most recent Ofsted rating of 'Requires Improvement'.

You'll be teaching a full timetable (with allowances made if you're going to be an NQT) of Maths lessons from Key Stage 3-4. You probably aren't going to have exam classes if you're a new member of staff, so you will need to grow into the role and show commitment before you take your own class through their GCSE exams.

If you wanted more information about this job, or to apply, either send in your CV using the buttons on this website, or call Andy on (Apply online only).
