The primary responsibility for a Sales Manager is to grow Recruitment brand in UK and Ireland. You will be working independently in the UK with support from international divisions to drive the strategic growth plans in Europe. You will be required;

• To implement the viable delivery of the organisations overall agreed strategy and business plan by taking responsibility for the day to day relationships with clients

• To develop successful relationships with existing clients and seek and exploit new business opportunities so as to grow the organisation

• To provide a first point of contact for all UK and Ireland customers

• To build strong working relationships with all relevant external stakeholders

• To provide regular reporting on achievement of business objectives and KPI's

• To maintain and develop further the good cooperation with the international recruitment teams

Developing our organisation

• Contribute to the development of the strategy and business targets by routinely working with senior colleagues

• Working to achieve the agreed strategic and business targets

• Contribute to developing the first line reports that measure business objectives and key performance quality indicators

• Providing intelligence on market and competitor activity for the benefit of the organisation

• Anticipate and seek to influence market trends where possible

• Experienced in targeting and winning new business

Develop our people

• Provide our recruiters with the necessary information that enables their roles where required

• Help to develop staff to their full potential

• Celebrate success and constructively handle performance issues where appropriate

Improving our service to customers

• Ensure that views of our customers are at the core of any necessary changes in service delivery

• Disseminate information to all relevant stakeholders

• Enable the recruitment teams to make any necessary changes in operations where appropriate and necessary

• Foster a culture of accountability by enabling learning from mistakes

Communicating effectively

• Develop and oversee integrated processes to enhance quality communications to customers

• Ensure that internal and external stakeholders enjoy quality communication

• Act as the face of the organisation in the UK

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• 5+ years' experience in the recruitment industry
• 3 + years' senior sales experience
• Demonstrates experience of a strong service culture and is customer focussed
• Can work under own initiative in a changing and fast paced environment
• Excellent presentational, oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Approachable and enthusiastic building good relationships with people in a way that inspires confidence
• A confident, energetic and visible operator who leads by example and maximises the performance of individuals and teams
• Strong organiser, influencer and negotiator able to secure buy in
• An experienced self-starter familiar with good judgement
