Registered Home Manager - Mental Health Residential Service - North Somerset

Dove Resourcing is supporting an established care organisation to source an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist mental health service in the North Somerset area.

The company has a presence throughout the UK, this particular service works with a small group of residents whom have suspected or diagnosed mental health issues. This is a service that works with less than 10 residents at any time, therefore giving the opportunity to work closely with the residents and to offer tailored packages of support that accommodates their specific needs.

The service itself is situated near to a coastal Somerset town and inside the service is decorated to a high standard with an array of mod-cons.

As a Registered Manager within this company you will have continued access to a pool of training to help develop your skills as a Home Manager. As the organisation does have a number of services throughout the UK, with future growth plans in the region, long term there may be opportunities for individuals with the right ambition and skills to progress in the company.

As the Registered Home Manager, you would be expected to;
• Lead the home strategically, carrying out all day to day management duties such as staffing, training, client care and finance
• Ensure all support and care delivered are compliant with legislation and CQC regulations
• Represent the company in a positive manner
• Demonstrate the company's ethos at all times
• Motivate and inspire your team to provide the highest standard of care

Applicants must have (or be currently enrolled on) Level 5 Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care Diploma and have previous experience as a Registered Manager, working with individuals with mental health issues.

The salary for this position is GBP30,000 per annum + annual bonus.
