L&D / Recruitment Coordinator GBP30K

Our client is a retailer with over 100 outlets across the UK.

Location: West Midlands (Commutable from Birmingham, Redditch, Coventry, Tamworth, Nuneaton and surrounding area`s)

Salary: GBP28K -GBP30K

Your role will be varied and will cover Training & Development, Recruitment and ER.

Take ownership of the training and development plan, implementing plans in order to close skill gaps or increase the skills sets of employees. You'll also execute assessment centres, development programmes and new training systems where necessary. You'll be responsible for the management of all recruitment for the Head Office and Store teams, and create and review job descriptions.

About you:
We are keen to hear from candidates who have proven experience in either recruitment or training. Ability to work in a small team and easily build rapport with stakeholders based across multiple locations.

Ideally all candidates will have a CIPD qualification, and have experience in creating and implementing processes for developing people.

You may have had experience or an interest in the following: Recruitment Manager, HR Advisor, Internal Recruiter, L&D, Talent Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, In House Recruiter, Human Resources, Training Manager, Inhouse Recruiter, Talent Acquisition etc.
