We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager(RGN, RMN, RNLD) with outstanding people and clinical skills for our home near Dover; a person who can support our manager with the running of the home.

Skills and Requirements

* You will need to be a registered nurse and have an excellent understanding of CQC regulations and the NMC code of conduct, as well as safeguarding regulations and infection control compliance
* In addition to actively maintaining your clinical skills, you will be responsible for managing and developing the nursing team, overseeing and auditing residents' care plans and risk assessments, as well as liaising with parents, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
* You will actively promote effective and open communication across the organisation
