We are looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager in Kendal, Cumbria to join our client's award winning Home Care Provider. This is a unique opportunity to join a unique home care organisation who provide quality home care services to older people within their own homes.

As Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager you will work alongside an established care team to maintain and develop the organisations quality services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a dispersed staff team effectively, establishing structure and stability.
- Be responsible for the safe, legal and ethical running of the day to day business.
- Recruit sufficient staff with the right values and passion to work in home care.
- Establish areas for business growth
- Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their needs
- Constantly promote the company's values to the team and monitor quality.
- Ensure that care is delivered to the highest quality and our customers are happy.
- Conducting Risk Assessments

What will I need to be a Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager?
- Ideally Qualified to QCF Level 5 in Care or equivalent, or working towards this
- Management/supervisory experience ideally within a Home Care setting
- Be fully up to speed with CQC Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Above all you will have a passion for working in the care sector with excellent people management skills to develop and grow a Home Care Branch.

This role is suitable for someone commuting from Lancaster, Morecambe, Ulverston, Barrow-in-Furness, Grange-over-Sands and surrounding areas
