TALENT MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT LEAD
Our client, a widely recognised financial institution is looking to recruit a Talent Management professional to join their team in London.
The successful candidate will be involved in the group-wide business Academy, with a particular focus on Talent and Performance Management.
- Provide oversight and management in the business Performance Management, Succession Planning and Senior Talent programmes.
- Support group-wide Learning and Development programmes.
- Deliver strategic input and execute initiatives around their Business Academy.
- Delivering high-potential programmes
- Demonstrable Talent and Learning experience
- Performance management experience is a critical prerequisite.
- Minimum degree level education
- Exceptional attention to detail and commercial acumen
