Step Teachers has built a strong relationship with this Rickmansworth School since partnering with Hertfordshire County Council making us one of Hertfordshire's recommended supply agencies. This school is entering a new stage of development after relocating to a new site with additional facilities as well as a change in leadership. The school's leadership was praised in the school's most recent Ofsted for their understanding of what needs developing and having a clear vision of improvement for the school. This school has a fantastic approach to planning with it being shared between teachers as well as effective behaviour management strategies in place for the rare incidences of poor behaviour. Good behaviour throughout the school has allowed pupils to make strong progress in personal development and the school builds on this with a range of extra-curricular activities
