Our client is an Out of home advertising specialist and they are looking for a
senior producer/project manager to be responsible for running some of their most prestigious and complex campaign projects to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

You must be proactive in managing your own multiple projects. You need (and want) to know everything about them - that doesn't just mean our client's responsibilities; it means those of all the other internal and external project stakeholders too. You will need to be a self-starter, determined to lead every project, keep the production process moving and be calm under pressure. You will need to look beyond the basic client request and produce potentially award-winning work that exceeds their expectations.

It is expected that you will be a senior voice within the Production team and that other Producers will look to you for guidance on all aspects of our client's production process. You will be working closely with the Production Director and know instinctively whether or not an issue is appropriate to escalate.

Efficiency in time management is key to a Senior Producer/Project Manager and it is expected you will be able to handle a larger number of more complex projects at any one time than a Producer would be capable of.

Having business acumen and commercial awareness is vital so that you can keep your projects profitable and be aware of the needs of accurate reporting to the Production Director on your streams of work.

You will be expected to be client facing, creating value for the business and building on the market leading foundations already in place at the company. You will be an authoritative voice in the Production team as well as managing projects with a higher number of internal and external stakeholders, all of whom will frequently have differing points of view. It is the role of a Senior Producer to manage these effectively and understand the key motivators and emotions for each stakeholder
