WBL Head of Quality: The essentials.

* Teaching Qualification (DTLLS or equivalent minimum)
* Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
* Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA, AIQAPP, CLIQAAP, AEQAPP, CLEQAAP)
* Knowledge of SFA funding
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car

WBL Head of Quality: Your experience.

* Experience of undertaking OTLAs and action planning for improvement
* Knowledge of Ofsted CIF, Matrix and other quality kite marks related to Education
* Ability to employ a range of teaching and learning styles and strategies
* Experience in a similar role
* You must have recent experience of OFSTED inspections as a nominee, and understand OFSTED standards and the Common Inspection Framework

WBL Head of Quality: The role.

* You will be responsible for the overall curriculum quality in this role and you will be required to manage the IQA's strategy and practice across all areas.
* You will be part of the Senior Management Team, and have the responsibility for advising other management members on issues around curriculum, quality, and development.
* Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Developing and establishing excellence by leading on the development of quality teaching and learning
* Management of quality audits
* Working with all of the other departments in tandem to ensure improvements in teaching and learning
* The production of monthly quality management reports for the company and the Senior Management Team
* This role will be centre based in the Newcastle area
* Salary is circa GBP40k per annum, however this will be discussed at interview and relate to your skills and prior experience
* Business Mileage - 25p per mile where applicable
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
