Senior Project Manager - Consultancy (Insurance) | GBP70k - GBP90k + bonus/benefits | London

One of the UK's leading insurance technology firms are seeking a number of experienced Project Managers to join a newly formed consultancy delivery team, implementing a brand new greenfield insurance solutions. The company in question are going through substantial expansion and investment and are looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to join the team in this exciting phase of the company's growth!

The role of Project Manager will focus on major, multi national programmes within the insurance systems space and will typically be involved in the implementation and delivery on a large policy admin, underwriting and billing programme. You will work on a major programme to implement a new policy administration solution replacing a legacy systems for a range of clients spanning GI and Life insurance. The role will require working closely with internal teams, 3rd party software vendors/suppliers as well technical SME's and senior level stakeholders internally. You will have a string understanding of both business and technical aspects of delivery and ideally will have implemented and/or worked on policy admin solutions previously.

To be considered you will have:

-A strong background and experience as a Project Manager within the insurance space
-Knowledge and experience of working with Policy Admin, underwriting and related core insurance systems
-Experience with software solutions like Guidewire, DuckCreek, SAP insurance, TIA, FAData or related insurance software package would be highly advantageous
-Strong experience spanning business and IT Projects within the insurance space
-Proven experience working in an agile environment
-Strong commutation skills and gravitas to work at senior level.
- Previous client facing or consultancy experience would be a bonus

Personally you will be a disciplined thinker and capable of working across organisational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment. You will have outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Must be pro-active, adaptable and results driven. You will be a proven leader who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, using own initiative and motivation to meet deadlines and set priorities without close supervision.
