Are you an ambitious HR Manager seeking an independent, autonomous role where you can stamp your mark by creating a Human Resources department from scratch? We are seeking applications from ambitious HR professionals seeking to integrate HR throughout the heart of our organisation.

SALARY: GBP40,000

JOB SPECIFICATION: HR Manager, UK & Ireland

You will be responsible for organising and delivering broad HR services and provide management with human capital management knowledge and HR tools. These will help them to effectively manage their teams and achieve the current and future business objectives of the company. You will be delivering a variety of global HR initiatives locally:-
* Ensuring that company policies and procedures are being followed and documented.
* Accountability for the organisational design and appropriate budgeting of HR initiatives and manpower
* You will perform varied activities, ranging from selection & recruitment to following-up exits
* Ensuring timely and correct personnel and payroll administration
* Maintaining excellent employee relations by monitoring social climate & taking appropriate actions
* You will maintain all HR related documents, policies and procedures in the UK & Ireland
* Improve and monitor performance management, by building & maintaining a performance-driven culture through communication, follow-up and giving support to all departments.
* Providing the necessary tools for training & development and performance management;
You will be the ambassador and ensure the best interests of our company and employees in relation with external partners such as Insurance companies, Government agencies, Recruitment agencies etc.; in both contract negotiations and follow-up of the quality of services rendered.

REQUIREMENTS: HR Manager, UK & Ireland

You will be a commercial Human Resources Manager, with the ability to create a department from scratch. This is a senior-level position and will require cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing.
