We are currently recruiting for the following exciting role to join the family at Bibby Financial Services, Banbury;

Purpose of the role:
•Work with Change practitioners to provide effective management of activities, helping to ensure delivery to time, quality and budget.
•Ensure the consistent application of tools and templates across initiatives.
•Assist with the practical application of governance and control standards.
•Support the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives undertaken by Bibby Financial Services (BFS) through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Provide advice and coaching on programme / project planning, execution and tracking.
•Deliver key communications and management information to support initiatives.
•Develop and maintain resource plans, highlighting where necessary any gaps between demand and availability of all resources.
•Work with key Stakeholders, including HR, to ensure a smooth on boarding process for any new Change resource.
•Track monthly costs and forecasts, compared to baselined budget, raising any issues/changes as appropriate.
•Ensure effective risk, issue and dependency management across initiatives.
•Ensure effective tracking & reporting of initiatives.
•Facilitate resource, planning and estimating; providing relevant guidance and coaching.
•Manage the on-going development and revision of baseline plan and alignment of initiatives and key changes within the portfolio.
•Support the PMO Manager and Head of PMO in ensuring that all initiatives undertaken are properly defined, resourced and managed in accordance with methodology.
•Ensure initiatives have all of the necessary gateways complete and signed off in accordance with the agreed governance model, and demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise in this area.
•Drive the embedding of PMO methods, tools and processes across all initiatives.

•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to converse with colleagues at all levels
•Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
•Strong MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel skills

Experience and Qualifications
•Experience - Experience of providing high quality PMO support within financial services. Understanding of Project Management principles. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, based on Prince 2.
•Qualifications - A recognised Project, Programme, PMO or Portfolio qualification e.g. Prince 2, P30, APMP.
