We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Teacher to start in April 2017 to cover maternity leave at a very supportive Primary school in Chesterfield.

The successful candidate will:

* Be an excellent practitioner
* Have the knowledge and experience, or ambition to teach across the whole range of age and ability at Foundation Stage
* Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved.

This post would suit either a newly qualified, or more experienced Early Years Teacher.

* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Recent and up to date experience teaching in a EYFS classroom
* Confident communicator, who is able to form positive relationships with all school staff
* Be prepared to take on the full teaching role; parents evenings, staff briefings, extra-curricular activities, CPD as well as following the school ethos and bring a positive member of the team
* A DBS on the update service is advantageous, but full assistance provided if a new application is required
