A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join a well-established company near Southam. The ideal candidate will be available 3 or 4 full days per week, although hours/days may be negotiable.

Duties include but not limited to:

- General Office Administration
- Assist with reception/onsite retail function
- Monthly & yearly budgets for actual & forecast
- Produce, weekly & monthly management reports, plus attend meetings
- Manage budgets and inform line managers when limits reached
- Calculate & pay all aspects of VAT
- Calculate pay (weekly paid staff)
- Analyse projects for profit percentage
- Cash flow management
- Control Accounts & Journals, Accruals & Pre-payments
- Confidential administration for the Directors
- Prepare year end accounts
- Perform year end routines on Sage
- Manage & audit petty cash, company credit and fuel cards
- Allow for bad debt provision
- Responsible for bank & cash reconciliation
- Perform all aspects of bacs, chaps & foreign transfers
- Run the fixed asset and plant register
- Perform credit checks
- Collection of debts up to & including court
- Spot check staff for accurate data entry
- Run weekly & monthly wages, including commission, overtime, salaries and statutory deductions
- Pay NI, Paye, CSA etc
- Produce P45s, P46s, P60s, P11ds, P35s & P35c
- Childcare Vouchers systems
- Support Human Resources and H&S functions
