Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting the role of Senior Business Analyst for one of our key clients within the manufacturing industry. Located in South Yorkshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly profitable and successful business in Doncaster.

You may be working in a similar role at the moment, looking for the next step to develop upon your existing experience in a business where you will be recognised for your strategic analytical skills. This position will present the successful candidate with the responsibility to provide actionable business insight and recommendations via customer, market and business information. You will be a naturally driven individual who is passionate about analysing compelling data; you will be customer focused with the ability to quickly understand the market its trends; competition and gaps to seek out new business opportunities, confidently presenting your findings to the Senior Management and Stakeholders.

Elevation Recruitment Group would be keen to speak to individuals with proven skills and experience in the following areas:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial environment
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis to include: Collecting and synthesising data from differing data sets, adding analysis and presenting upwards, making considered solutions and recommendations for the wider business
- Ability to conduct sector based research; interrogate data for differing sets; adding in your own analysis; review and recommendations to inform decision making
- Working cross functionally with internal sales to understand the customer journey to inform decisions on customer retention and a valued proposition
- Data capture and process development to enable a more robust decision making system
- Delivery of internal and external reports
