@ Science Teacher: KS3 to KS5
@ Oversubscribed school in Swindon, Wiltshire
@ Permanent post starting September 2017, NQTs paid from July
@ Science NQTs most welcome to apply
@ Outstanding graded school: OFSTED
@ First Class CPD & NQT Mentorship

A well know, highly academic secondary school in Swindon is now looking for a Science teacher starting September 2017, on a permanent basis. This exciting post is available to experienced Science teachers looking for a new challenge and maybe up for additional responsibility (TLRs on offer), or a soon to be NQT.

Located in Swindon and serving a large catchment area, this school has many different cultures celebrated throughout its corridors. Thanks to the outstanding academic success of their hard-working students, this school is oversubscribed year on year.

Deemed 'Outstanding' in their most recent OFSTED inspection, the school is looking to continue their success by only appointing inspirational teachers who have the ability to challenge eager young minds.

If successful, as a Science Teacher at this school you will immediately become an important part of a supportive and always friendly Science team. Working closely with senior staff within the Science Department, their aim is to ensure that both you, the appointed science teacher and their high achieving students are gaining the best education experience possible. Biology, Chemistry and Physics all offer some excellent facilities and the Science department as a whole benefits from well-maintained state of the art laboratories.

As a Science teacher at this school, you will be able to teach Science in a creative, energetic and forward thinking environment to students who are well-behaved and bright (both recent exam results and Ofsted reports are currently at record highs for the school). Your students will be from KS 3, 4 and 5. It is also expected for you to teach triple science at GCSE: an award in high demand with the school's students, followed by teaching eager KS5 students in your specialism.

If this sounds like the school you would like to work in, we need to hear from you ASAP.

This is a great first school for NQTs willing to take that initial step in their career. If you're going to be a Science NQT in September, and you're wanting to take that first step in your career, we hope very much that you take it with a little from this truly amazing school.

Equally, if you're an experienced Science teacher, you can look forward to joining a school that really values it's staff, offers first class CPD and for those ambitious practitioners amongst you, TLRs!
