The Practice Risk Assessment Support Consultant is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of CPD training and compliance support services to an existing team of trainers and external healthcare sector clients throughout the UK.

Applicants should have a background in Health & Safety and Risk Assessment training holding a NEBOSH qualification and having a good understanding of COSHH guidelines in relation to healthcare settings.

Experience delivering in-house or external training or holding training qualifications (e.g. PTTL's) would be considered highly advantageous.

Our client offers a comprehensive range of training and compliance support services to clients throughout the UK. There is substantial opportunity for further training and development for the post holder to acquire a broad range of training skills in other complementary subjects.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Deliver training sessions and risk assessments on behalf of the company Represent the company brand through the specific delivery of training / compliance services
Ensure cross selling opportunities are maximised whilst attending the practice
Highlight client services improvement opportunities
Keep up to date with information in relation to healthcare training and compliance
Keep management information on training attendee's
Keep accurate expense documentation and mileage tracking
Report on utilisation, revenue generation to Head Office

Outgoing and confident in approach
Knowledgeable about CPD, healthcare specific compliance
Ability to work alone
Ability to build relationships with a variety of people
Computer literate
At ease with sales/consulting as part of a service
Excellent communication and listening skills
Training background and experience preferred
