We are offering the successful Customer Service Advisor a competitive salary of £8.46 per hour plus bonus and excellent benefits. We have both evening and weekend opportunities available.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the face – and the voice - of our business.

All we ask from you is that you can:

- listen and assess the consumers’ case, building rapport to support them through the initial stages of their claim and reassuring them of the process

- efficiently and accurately capture data

- work to and exceed targets and,

- be flexible and enjoy working as a team
