Company Fusion Limited is working with a Specialist Financial Company growing and expanding within their market. Operating in a niche mortgage market, they are well known and respected within their industry. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Team Leader to join their team in Alton, Hampshire.

The Package - What you could earn

-Basic salary paying up to GBP25,000 per annum depending on experience
-Cycle to work
-Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, with one late until 19:00

Client Services Team Leader - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-The main purpose of the role is to manage and deliver our client experience and service levels to the highest standard.
-Increase client satisfaction score & client referrals
-Develop upon our existing processes to improve the client experience
-Develop efficiencies within the existing team to improve productivity
-Manage projects on behalf of CSD for the AD
-Be the face of the business and provide a leading client experience
-Manage the team`s performance and provide ongoing support and training
-Point of reference for client queries
-Challenge procedures to identify improvement
-Manage procedural changes to policy or AML
-Manage a team of Adviser Support Staff
-Conduct 1-2-1 with each team member on a regular basis
-Provide 1-2-1 training with each team member including side by side coaching and feedback
-Run effective team meetings for the CSD team

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

-Previous telephone / face to face based experience with clients
-You will ideally have experience in the financial industry
-Fantastic interpersonal skills
-Previous team management experience, but not essential
-Building & developing efficient processes
