My client, a large successful business based in the Doncaster Area, is currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Team Leader. This is a newly created role due to growth and would be a varied and challenging position. It will involve day to day man-management as well as still being involved in the transactional procedures of the department.

Duties will include:
- To manage and review the daily operation of a small accounts team and to provide general accounts support to the department
- Liaise with other members of the department and the wider network to ensure that processes are efficient, well controlled and integrate well with processes in other teams.
- Provide additional support where necessary from time to time, especially re-organising work and people to achieve what is required
- Process BACS and cheque payment runs to suppliers
- Daily banking and account reconciliation
- Monthly agreement of inter-company balances
- Department cash flow forecasting

To be successful you will have:
- GCSE/O Levels to include English and Maths at Grade C or above or NVQ Level II
- Relevant previous experience
- Strong Excel Skills including Pivot Tables and V Lookups
- The ability to prioritise and be well organised
- Good numeracy skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
