Supplier & Purchasing Analyst - Surrey - GBP 28,000 - GBP 33,000pa

Our Client, based in Surrey, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Supplier & Commercial Analyst to support a busy IT Department with Supplier, Contract and Commercial business areas.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have worked within a busy and fast-paced environment with supplier management and purchasing experience. They will aspire to grow into a varied role across all commercial aspects.

Key responsibilities for the Supplier & Purchasing Analyst:

. Support busy IT Department to provide commercial support including, obtaining and reviewing quotations, supplier management and contract management.
. Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage and process orders, obtain and review quotations and ensure SLA's are adhered to
. Manage basic contracts and manage their renewals whilst ensuring department requirements are still there
. Ensuring budgets are adhered to
. Management documentation and ensure all documents are counter-signed
. Ensure that whilst completing the above duties that IT is still running efficiently and dealing with any queries they may have

Key Skills & experience for the Supplier & Purchasing Analyst:


. Purchasing and Supplier management experience
. Able to liaise with external suppliers
. Experience of SAP or other purchasing/ERP tool
. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
