Do you want to work for an award winning IT Recruitment Consultancy? Are you an experienced Senior Consultant looking for uncapped earning potential, senior responsibility within the business and a structured route into leadership roles?

What you can look forward to

In this influential role within Corecom, you can look forward to be given the autonomy to decide what works best for you to achieve results. You will be given the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team and input into key business decisions whilst achieving consistent levels of billings, paving the way to a future leadership role within the business.

Senior is not just a title at Corecom; it comes with new responsibilities and an excellent opportunity to learn new, leadership skills. You can look forward to officially buddying a junior member of the team, playing a key role in their development including on the job coaching as well as their training programme. This will require you to show excellent time management skills, as you will also draw upon your successful recruitment background to generate significant levels of new business for both yourself and the business as a whole whilst also demonstrating unique resourcing techniques to convert this into billings of over GBP180,000 p/a.

You will understand that a Senior title comes with responsibility and the business will count on you to ensure that those around you are following the excellent example you set in areas such as work ethic, sales technique, candidate and client engagement and financial results.

Everybody's ideas are important at Corecom and none more so than our Senior Consultant's. We consistently draw upon the ideas and views of our Seniors to help us formulate key business decisions whilst you will be given all the training required to help you feel confident in contributing to these high level discussions. You will take a leading role in contributing to, deciding and helping the business achieve its business strategy which involves regional expansion by 2017 and international expansion by 2020.

By the end of your first year you will have developed strong leadership skills, coached two junior team members through to promotion, feel comfortable making key business decisions autonomously and will have achieved billings upwards of GBP180,000.

  • Holiday targets: two a year to be specific, destinations include: Berlin, Amsterdam and the Alps (for skiing of course) but suggestions are welcomed.

  • Uncapped Commission: as well as your salary you will receive commission on an uncapped basis meaning that there are no limits to how much you can earn.
