Treasury Manager, Preston. Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit a Treasury Manager to work on a Permanent basis for a client based in Preston.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who can continually develop the provision of operational Treasury by reviewing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness; to support Group business objectives and strategic goals, by ensuring appropriate processes and procedures are in place; whilst adhering to Treasury Policy. You will ensure the Treasury function provides effective stakeholder relations, ensuring the team provides accurate and timely information reporting to external stakeholders and to the wider Group.
Your background
With a well-developed accounting background, you will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and qualified or part qualified ACT, with experience of working in a treasury function, ideally in a large corporate organisation. You should possess exposure in wider corporate initiatives, including troubleshooting in relation to analysing financial information and business activity to report and inform treasury decision and assisting policy and strategy development. Your knowledge of the housing sector and understanding/awareness of government policy, legislative constraints and other regulatory and good practice issues in the Group context would be an advantage. You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and an ability to get to the heart of complex business operations and influence key business personnel.
