Your new role
The position requires the candidate to provide support for high quality products spanning a wide range of technologies. A successful candidate would enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic and busy environment, and the opportunity to assume responsibility and ownership of key areas but still with support when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you need to have, knowledge of current IT. infrastructure and programming technologies, concepts, and techniques. You should be able to develop, implement, install, test, and troubleshoot application software. In addition to this you should be able to record, track, correspond and document resolution of user problems by means of problem reporting database software. Knowledge of SQL would be a major plus for this particular role.
