The successful applicant will be a confident SEN Teacher who has recent successful experience of working with and/or teaching learners with special educational needs within school settin.This post requires a teacher who has the skills to remain level-headed in unfamiliar situations. We want to see teachers with the drive to work in a proactive style that keeps them on top of their work whilst supporting their fellow colleagues by going the extra mile for them. SEN tEACHER

This SEN Secondary school is South West London and is an unique schol pupils who have difficulty learning in a mainstream environment as they have social, emotional, mental health behavioural difficulties. Their teachers and support workers work with Tower Hamlets primary schools to improve the behaviour in and out of the classroom and access to the curriculum of individual children, groups and whole classes. They believe that early intervention, collaborative troubleshooting and the development of effective policies and systems for promoting inclusion of pupils with Behavioural Emotional and Social difficulties are the best way to tackle behavioural difficulties. The school relies on the excellent support of the local community to provide a meaningful education to the children here.
