For this NQT role you must be a creative and effective Key Stage 1 NQT who has been recognised as a 'Good' or better teacher in recent observations and the authority required to handle challenging behaviour. You will build good relationships and know how your pupils interact with each other, in order to best include and involve everyone. As an NQT, you must show the ability to motivate others with your positive approach and communicate effectively and clearly plan and manage your duties. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with the determination to get the most out of students by inspiring them to try there hardest in all lessons no matter how tricky the topic.

Your role as an NQT will be to ensure effective teaching of whole classes, and of groups and individuals within the whole class setting so that teaching objectives are met and best use is made of available teaching time. As well as ensuring each child's progress with regard to the schools stated ethos and aims including seeking opportunities to contribute to the quality of pupil's wider educational development, including their the personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.
