For this post, you must be a lively English Teacher/NQT who has a demonstrable track record of 'Good' or better teaching. The successful candidate will have an energetic zeal for teaching and a well formed yet intuitive style as a teaching practitioner. We want to see teachers with the drive to surpass expectations with their excellent classroom practice and show a clear understanding in the curriculum. You will be a career-minded and innovative English Teacher/NQT who has a track record of 'Good' or better teacher and has the ability to motivate and inspire pupil. The school wants teachers who can motivate students through their own creative influences and communicate effectively and stay organised .

In this English Teacher/NQT post you will be teaching as an important member of the committed English Department. It is important that you can teach with high academic expectations and the school understand the importance of ongoing training and CPD. The role involves you guiding pupils from KS3 to KS5 through the curriculum, delivering high quality and engaging lessons whilst addressing the individual needs of each pupil in the class. Your duties will include working with some talented practitioners and engaging your class with the help of an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. Your duties will include establishing a close working relationship with a Senior teacher who will act as your mentor, providing you with extra skills and knowledge that will turn you into a consistently 'Outstanding' practitioner. You will have the responsibility of operating in a school overseen by the Head of English who makes all teachers feel valued and appreciated.
