Due to continued growth, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Lead Account Manager.

You will play an integral role in all aspects of the growth of the key accounts. A key focus will be delivering exemplary service to incumbent contract staff, existing client contacts and developing new client and contractor contacts across different projects, functions, sectors and territories with the aim of generating improved volumes of contract placements.

You will be the key driver and facilitator of NES Global Talent service delivery and compliance/process adherence, responding in a first class manner to client requirements and staff contractor well-being.

A prime responsibility is to fully understand challenges faced with the accounts, investigating solutions and presenting these solutions to Directors and stake holders internally and externally with a plan for execution, then managing the successful execution of the plan to completion. Budget, RF and monthly reporting assistance is required for all Operations that are involved with the clients managed.

Activities also include the training and development of the existing regional teams on processes and systems, interfacing with recruitment managers to align service delivery and the recruitment of additional professionals to join the AM team in due course.

Considerable interface will be with multi regional recruitment teams, Operations managers and RD`s/MD`s globally to aid problem solving, growth and the smooth running of the account
