Sales Consultant/Sales Executive New Business - GBP20k - GBP22k Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual looking for a new and fulfilling challenge to join our dynamic sales team here at JobServe HQ in Tiptree based between Colchester and Chelmsford.

The ideal candidate for this role will display a keen desire to learn how to approach B2B prospects to win new business and have the ability to create innovative ways in which to build and grow additional business from their individually created client base.

Leads will be provided to assist you to identify and attract new clients with the aim of building a pipeline of prospects. You will also be expected to acquire and maintain a high level of competitor, market and customer knowledge whilst selling our extensive range of products based around online recruitment, delivering outstanding results against targets.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively promoting and selling our JobServe product and services range by establishing contact and developing relationships with new business prospects over the telephone to recommend innovative recruitment solutions.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new business clients by providing first class account management and identifying and recommending new sales opportunities for further business growth.

  • Managing incoming sales enquiries in a consultative manner with the purpose of converting the enquiry into a completed sale by convincing each prospect that JobServe is the very best solution for their recruiting needs.

  • Identifying additional sales opportunities by gaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of current industry trends, market activities and competitors.

  • Contributing to own and team effort by reaching/exceeding personal and team targets
