As a Scrum Master you will build, coach and guide the Digital development team and Digital Product Owner to successfully adopt the Scrum approach and values You will be a transformation agent for change who is willing and capable of doing everything possible to enable the team to perform at their highest level, while also protecting the team from impediments and noise. Our Scrum Masters champion the agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) within the team, ensuring that Agile principles are practiced by peers and understood by stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
- Scrum Master Certification
- Previous development or project management experience in a web/software delivery capacity
- Enjoys working with people (facilitating and collaborating)
- Exceptional communicator
- Attitude of empowerment and team building
- Previous experience of managing a team
