Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing and recruitment company is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic French speaking individual who is keen to join our fast-paced Compliance Team.

You will have full responsibility for ensuring the EMEA on-boarding team's compliance meets internal policies and legal regulations. You will working closely with teams across France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden and Germany. You will also provide a pivotal role in ensuring all candidates are vetted appropriately before starting work with our clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage internal and external audit requests
  • Keep teams up-to-date with the progress of audits
  • Provide quality assurance
  • Review client compliance requirements
  • Understand key processes from various departments

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent French language skills
  • Strong communication skills with a good sense of humour
  • Strong customer service/administration background
  • Pro-active
  • Not afraid to provide feedback when necessary
