Business Development Managers (BDM)
A long-standing established Finance Provider based in Solihull, West Midlands has an URGENT vacancy for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to assist them in growing their business in the Manchester/Yorkshire areas - role will be field/home based.
Our Client can offer you a very attractive package which includes a salary between GBP40K to GBP60K + Bonus Scheme (between 50% - 75% of Salary) + Pension Scheme + Car + Much More!
We are looking for someone who has experience working within Insurance/Asset Finance - someone who knows how to open doors and convert leads in to business wins - we also need you to be committed and self-motived.
As an experienced BDM you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy and activity plan to identify, engage and maintain relationships, managing direct relationships through the customer journey.
You must be able to achieve targets on new deals by building and maintaining a level of new enquiries - Conducting sales meetings with prospective clients - Converting lead opportunities.
To fit in to this role it's imperative that you have:
- Working knowledge/understanding of the Asset Finance Industry (able to understand and prepare Asset Finance Proposals also).
- Minimum 3 years current experience working within a Sales Lead/Management position.
- Proven New Business expertise.
NOTE - Successful candidates will be subject to basic Financial Probity Check (including CCJ's, Defaults etc.).
