Pricing Analyst - Manchester

A leading Managed Print Services player in the UK is currently looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst to join their Commercial Operations department. The role objective is to manage the day to day demand, maintenance, and delivery of the commercial pricing information, playing a pivotal role in the commercial operation.

The Role

• Manage and maintain the hardware and service price books
• Ongoing maintenance of data tools and reporting suites
• Monthly and re-occurring reporting
• Presentation of data in graphical formats along with analysis explanation
• Assist the identification of areas for process improvement, suggesting and helping implement change
• Onboarding new products and set pricing models
• Management of departmental SLA's and correctional plan for corrective action when required
• Review and approve all new requirements for manual reporting and processes in the commercial operations department
• Move price books to an automated solution where possible
• Own and deliver regular project and ad-hoc reporting
• Analysis of technical data, dealing with complex queries and presentation packs for internal stakeholders up to and including the Exec Board

The Person
• Able to work under pressure, in a busy and demanding environment
• Able to work as part of a team
• SSRS (Visual Studio), SQL language/coding (advantageous)
• Database management
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
• Business process analysis and design
