We are currently recruiting for one of our growing property management companies based in Bristol.

The busienss has a greowth plan for 2017 following last years success and is looking for Sole Charge Accounts professional to join the business.

Job Description


The Client Account Manager`s main areas of responsibility will include managing, the processing of monthly rent payments, the processing of initial funds, the completion of bank reconciliation and general maintenance of the individual ledgers within the client accounts.

The succesful candidate will have a very important role within the business and is expected to have a number of years of accountancy experience. Expertise within the property industry would certainly be an advantage although is not essential. The ability to work very accurately with numbers and be thoroughly organised is a prerequisite.

Areas Of Responsibility



1 Processing monthly rent payments

Accurately receipting up to 1000 incoming rents each month.

Creating batch payments to pay landlords.

Paying management fees and contractors

Sending statements to landlords.

Chasing outstanding rents

Performing any other duties related to rent payments.



2 Initial Funds

Receipting initial funds accurately

Making payments to landlords and agency.

Supporting tenancy manager.



3 Bank Reconciliation

Balancing client account with software daily.

Supporting property managers

Complying with ARLA client account regulations

Reconciling World Pay payment system





Hours & Remuneration



Hours : Full Time 40 hours a week. Hours 8.45am - 6 pm Mon-Fri but flexibility is available.



Salary : 25- 30K depending upon experience



Holiday : Full Time 20 days per annum ( increasing a day each year of service to max of 25)
