You will be an aspiring and enthusiastic professional with an analysis background. Ideally you should have some experience and understanding of the Financial Services sector, and previous history of work or personal interests involving IT. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable facilitating discussions with both technical and operational customers. You will have excellent problem solving skills, be good at thinking on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. While you will work well as an individual, you will have excellent social skills and function well as part of a team.
About the role
The Business Process Management Consultants provide a full process development service to clients (internal and external).
The BPM Consultants optimize the performance of the business by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology. The BPM Consultant will proactively challenge the performance of current processes and systems and provide solutions that implement improvements to drive efficiency.
The successful candidate/s will be able to demonstrate outstanding problem solving skills, excellent time management abilities and experience in managing stakeholders. You should also have a background or good knowledge of the financial services sector/s.
Any of the following would also be highly desirable: a computing discipline to HND (merit or distinction) or equivalent; educated to degree level (or equivalent); experience of a BPM software tool, ideally Appian; experience of using T-SQL to interrogate databases; experience of database development tools such as SSIS; experience in a service desk/support environment.
In you will receive a salary of up to GBP50,000, profit related bonus scheme, 24 days annual leave and life assurance of four times your salary. On completion of the probationary period you can join the group pension plan and obtain up to a 6% match contribution into your pension plan.
