This vacancy is designed for a resourceful Teacher who has been graded as good and Outstanding in recent observations . You will be a teacher who can stimulate large groups of students at a time, even with challenging subjects. You will arrive with the skills and ability to cultivate an air of mutual respect and quiet confidence within the classroom. You should possess a style of teaching which promotes fresh thinking, creativity and ingenuity.

About the Class Teacher Role
In this Class Teacher post you will be teaching one of the Key Stage classes that suites your ability. In general, you will be given developmental support from a prestigious continued professional development scheme and working with audio sensory rooms to increase attainment. Support will be provided by a talented in-class Teaching Assistant and the school will assign you a talented Senior teacher to act as your mentor. Part of your role will include developing your skills through the leadership of H and working under a fantastic HoD.
