This KS2 SLD Teacher position involves teaching a specific class that is supported extremely well by 3 fantastic teaching assistants. There is a maximum class size of up to 8 students and there is a great team ethic which is based on results and continuity. The schools teaching is flexible, designed to enable each child to build their learning in the most successful way for them. They place emphasis on multi - sensory, aural, visual and kinaesthetic activities. Lessons will be both skill focused and thematic, and cross-curricular activities are a regular part of the week.
