This role would suit an amiable KS1 Teacher/NQT who has a 'Good' or better record from observations in the classroom and has the ability to cultivate a love of learning with their pupils. You must possess the skill and experience to fit seamlessly into the school environment adding value from day one. Ideally, the school need a teacher who is able to understand the individual needs of every pupil in their care and offer each the chance to shine. The perfect candidate will be able to work in a team when required while also taking sole responsibility for their pupils learning.

As a qualified Key Stage One class teacher you will be responsible for the attainment and development of your class and delivering the curriculum. You will be passionate about teaching and committed to ensuring that the pupils in your care are given every opportunity to achieve their potential. You will be tasked with creating a warm, caring environment so that children enjoy coming to school and enjoy learning.
