Business Development Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

Business Development Analyst is required to join a leading Corporate Real Estate organisation. This is a permanent role, based in London, offering between GBP40,000 and GBP50,000.

This organisation has recently implemented a new CRM which is key to their strategy for growth and the ability to cross-sell across business lines. Kite Blue have placed most of the team that implemented the CRM which is now live and moving to a BAU status. They are looking for a Business Development Analyst or someone with similar experience to work alongside the business, to use all data that can assist the growth of the company.

You would be responsible for being the brains behind the CRM, spot trends, opportunities and strategic possibilities from the data on the CRM. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Business Development and will have a lot of opportunity for career progression, this is an integral hire to the business and its future state.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a business facing analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of and exposure to CRM (MS Dynamics highly desirable)
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent
  • Commercial Real Estate experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience cross selling across business lines (highly desirable)
  • French speaker (desirable)
  • Strong stakeholder Management skills
