HR Information Systems Manager - London or Nottingham

Salary GBP55-65k + Bens

HR Information Systems, Payroll, Oracle HR, Worday, Project Management, Analysis, Processes, Implementation, Deployment, Work Flow.

An interesting requirement has arisen for an experienced HR Information Systems Manager to join this leading provider of technology solutions.

The role has a direct report of 2 people and will drive and own the configuration of HR systems across the organisation.

Day to day responsibilities include:-

Plan, organise and oversee all HR System related projects

Design, Implement and deliver reporting solutions to HR

Develop and maintain business relationships with vendor partners

Provide expertise to the HR team to analyse work process design and flows, improving processes

Collaborate across HR, IT, Payroll and Finance in order to ensure data accuracy and reporting activity

Develop and continually assess Metrics.

Experience required:-

Strong understanding of HR and Payroll systems gained from a similar role

Knowledge of Oracle and Worday

Strong Project Management skills

Good Analytical and reporting skills

Experience in deploying and supporting a range of HR Applications.
