Hire Equipment Co-ordinator
The main responsibilities of the role include:
To prepare hire equipment for delivery and collection, receive in completed jobs using rental software.
Based in the warehouse and working with the office, this is a key role with overall responsibility for the hire equipment leaving from and returning to the Twickenham site.
Using rental software, prepare, scan and final check kit prior to delivery by drivers or collection by customers. Ensure that paperwork is signed and correct. Assist with loading where necessary.
Receive equipment back in from jobs, scanning and cross-checking delivery sheets, noting visual damage and missing items, report to office.
Basic check, remove tape etc. and clean equipment returned from rental jobs. Label damaged kit for service engineer.
Liaise with service engineer to ensure that equipment for future jobs is being processed.
On a day to day basis check barcodes are present and undamaged on equipment. Make sure kit and flight cases are marked with company identification, engraved where necessary and neatly presented.
Liaise with hire office to add new rental stock and assist with disposal of redundant kit.
Promote good health and safety practice in the warehouse.
