Reporting directly to the Head of RFP, the individual will be responsible for completing RFPs/RFIs/DDQs. The RFP team supports my clients institutional and 3rd party global business. The role involves partnering with the investment teams and various stakeholders of the firm's business units. The individual is expected to develop a thorough understanding of the firm's investment strategies and products, and develop close working relationships with the stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Complete RFPs/RFIs/DDQs
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from various business units within the firm
  • Ensure to have the RFP database (PMAPS) updated on a timely basis
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure consistent internal/external communication across the global organization
  • Report to head of RFP on any issues regarding the day to day operations of the RFP function
  • Adhere to and understand risks to the company
  • Develop and maintain relationships with peers across the organization
  • Key internal contacts include sales, marketing team, investment team's/portfolio managers, legal and compliance, risk, operations and client service team
  • Systems used include Microsoft office, outlook and PMAPS
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements

Essential

  • University degree (desirable a qualification in IMC or CFA)
  • Minimum of 2 years in an RFP role within the institutional side of asset management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven project management/organization skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks. perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interest in asset management with a solid knowledge of the main asset classes
  • A thorough grasp of legal and compliance matters in asset management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in English (desirable is fluent in German, Italian or French)
